If anyone needs a tuk guide and driver in Kandy, then I can highly recommend Mangala.
A couple from the UK used Mangala to personally give them a one day tour of Kandy, which included loads of sites, temples, viewpoints and a tea factory.
The couple commented that he was very nice, friendly and drove very safely, and because of this they booked him for the next day, for a very fair price too.
