Itinerary - Summer Break

Day 1
Kandy

Welcome! And assistance at the BIA Airport. Transfer to a Hotel in Kandy. En route a visit to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Thereafter to Kandy for check in at the Hotel. At leisure. Check in at the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or if time permits witness a cultural dance in the evening. Dinner at the Hotel

Day 2
Nuwara Eliya

After Breakfast check out from the Hotel. A visit to Temple of the tooth relics. Thereafter leave for Peradeniya to visit Royal Botanical Gardens.

City tour and shopping in Kandy. proceed to Nuwara Eliya. En route a visit to Damro Tea factory, Tea museum & a Tea plantation. Spend some time here. Environment is very beautiful & enjoy a cup of Ceylon Tea at the restaurant with a piece of chocolate cake.

You could witness waterfalls on the way to Nuwara Eliya. Check in at the Hotel. At leisure. Dinner at the Hotel

Day 3
Nuwara Eliya

After an early Breakfast or with packed Breakfast leave the Hotel by 06.00Hours to Horton plains and Worlds End. Enjoy tracking. (Not much climbing but long walk. You could also witness a beautiful water fall – bakers fall, Beautiful sceneries and Sambar Deer) Climate around here is very beautiful & full of mist. At the platform at worlds end, do not walk or stand at the edge. Stand with space. Photographs should be taken from a distance from the platform. 

Thereafter return to the Hotel. En route a visit to a strawberry farm. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4
Ella

After Breakfast check out from the Hotel. A visit to Moon Plains in a Jeep. Beautiful sceneries around this place. At the view point you witness a beautiful 360degree view of the surrounding peaks. Sometime the area covered with mist. A visit to Gregory Park and Lake for a while. Beautiful environment. There are activities at the Lake and Park. You may enjoy them. Thereafter proceed to Ella. En route a visit to Hakgala Botanical gardens. Straight drive to Ella. Witness 9 arches bridge and afterwards witness Ravana waterfalls. Check in at the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at the Hotel

Day 5
Mirissa

After an early Breakfast leave the Hotel to visit Little Adams Peak. Fairly easy hike with a good path all the way up. The beginning of the path goes through beautiful lush green tea plantations. You could meet tea plucking ladies. At the platform at little Adams Peak, do not walk or stand at the edge. Stand with space. If taking Photographs take with distance from the platform.

This trip will take about 02.00 to 02.30 Hours. Thereafter enjoy activities at flying Ravana. Such as Air rifling, Archery, Climbing wall, Ravana Mega jump and many more. Return to the Hotel to refresh & check out. Late afternoon leave Ella & Proceed to Mirissa for check in at the Hotel. Access to the Southern expressway from Maththala. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at the Hotel. 

Day 6
Bentota

With packed Breakfast leave the Hotel by 06.00Hours to Mirissa harbor to start a combine boat safari to witness Whales & Dolphins. Journey will be 02.00 to 02.30 Hours. Return to the Hotel for check out and proceed to Bentota. En route witness stilt fishing. Afterwards a city tour in Galle. Visit to the oldest library in Asia, Dutch Fort & few more places.

At Balapitiya a boat ride at Madhu river. Enjoy a foot massage by the fish. Check in at the Hotel in Bentota. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at the Hotel.

Day 7
Colombo

After Breakfast enjoy the beach & water sport activities. Afternoon check out from the Hotel. A visit to a Turtle Hatchery farm nearby. Thereafter drive to Colombo for sight scenes and shopping. Check in at the Hotel. At leisure. Dinner at the Hotel.

Day 8
Departure
After Breakfast check out from the Hotel & proceed to BIA – Airport in time to catch the return flight. Passengers need to be at the Air Port at least 03.00Hours before the flight scheduled for departure. For your information Hotel check out time is 11.00Hours
