The upstairs apartment has two rooms that share a large wrap-around private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and paddy fields.
The other two have separated balconies. There is an additional room downstairs as well.
There is a dedicated full kitchen with its own Dining table for the upstairs apartment.
All rooms have super king canopy beds, a live edge desk, a cupboard with an electronic safe, modern bathrooms with solar-heated rainfall showers, & balconies with seating that overlook the pool, garden, and paddy fields.
The Infinity pool overlooks the paddy fields.
There is a large patio and garden space with sunbeds and hammocks.
The Villa is located on a quiet side street, 1 km to Narigama beach, very close in, but set in nature with monkeys, peacocks and song birds visiting daily.
There are 2 SLT fiber internet lines in the villa.
The downstairs has an open living and dining room , with a 55” Sony cable TV, There is a washing machine, and a cold filtered water dispenser available for use in the downstairs kitchen.
Bbq facilities are a available for use.
