Payment Terms for Booking and Cancellation
A 25% Non-Refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit and the payment schedule can vary depending on the type of trip and the time of booking.
Payment Method: Payments can be made through our website using a secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, and debit cards.
Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This includes the non-refundable deposit and any additional costs such as taxes and fees.
Currency: Payments must be made in the currency stated on the booking confirmation.
Billing Information: The customer must provide accurate billing information, including name, address, and payment method, at the time of booking.
Authorization: By making a payment, the customer authorizes Kiptra to charge their payment method for the full amount of the booking.
Chargebacks: If a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company, Kiptra reserves the right to take legal action to recover the disputed amount.
Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to Kiptra within 15 days of the payment being processed.
If a booking is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date, the customer will be charged 100% of the total cost.
However, for cancellations made outside of this 10-day window, a refund of 75% of the total paid amount will be issued.
Please note that all refunds are subject to bank remittance charges.
Changes to Bookings:
Customers may be able to make changes to their booking, such as changing the dates of travel or the type of accommodation, for a fee. The fees and the process for making changes will vary depending on the type of trip and the time of booking.
No Show: If a customer does not show up for their booked trip without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Travel Insurance: It is recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, interruption, or delay.

Liability: Our agency will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during travel, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries.
